RefundS Policy

Overview

At Ekaara, we create one-of-a-kind stone artworks and bespoke interior accents with care and intention. Our team is dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction while ensuring operational fairness, business stability, and clarity for all parties. This refunds policy covers every reasonable scenario in a minimal, straightforward format.

When Refunds Are Eligible

Refunds are ONLY considered if:

  • You received a wrong item due to Ekaara’s fulfillment error.

  • There is a genuine manufacturing defect upon delivery.

  • The item was damaged in transit and you reported the concealed damage within 24 hours of receipt, with clear visual proof.

  • The order is lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable by our logistics partner.

In all verified cases, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

When Refunds Are NOT Provided

No refunds will be issued under these circumstances:

  • Change-of-mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Custom, personalized, installed, or made-to-order pieces, unless a defect or error on Ekaara’s part is proven.

  • Items altered or installed after delivery.

  • Returns requested after the 24-hour window post-delivery.

  • Natural variations in stone color, veining, grain, or minor irregularities inherent to the material and craftsmanship.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Products unclaimed, refused (except due to verified damage), or abandoned after reasonable delivery attempts.

  • New/different damage occurred during return shipping due to improper packing by the customer.

Refund Process

  • Contact Ekaara within 24 hours of delivery (or expected delivery if lost).

  • Go through Ekaara's shipping policy to get further context on any queries you may have regarding the shipment of the product.

  • Provide your order number and supporting photos/videos.

  • Our team will review your case and, if approved:

    • We’ll issue a prepaid return label (where applicable).

    • Once the item is returned and inspected, an internal refund is initiated within 5 business days.

    • The refund will appear in your requested source (in applicable scenarios) or original mode of payment within 7–14 business days after internal processing and filings.

  • In case of banking/pipeline delays, a transaction reference will be provided for follow-up.

Edge Cases and Legal

  • Delays or loss due to force majeure (natural disasters, customs holds, war, etc.) are outside Ekaara’s control; refunds only if the shipment is declared undeliverable and returned to us.

  • For shipments outside India, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable and are the receiver’s responsibility unless agreed in writing.

  • Refunds will not be duplicated if an item is claimed more than once for the same issue.
